Alison Cumpsty

Alison Cumpsty has over twenty years of experience in the training and development field. Before setting up her own consultancy in 1995, she was Head of Training Services for a London Borough where she worked on major organisational initiatives and provided internal consultancy for over seven years.

In 1995 she set up her own consultancy. Since then she has developed and run a range of programmes throughout the public and private sector. These include government agencies, local authorities, nhs trusts, universities, galleries and museums, a telecommunications company and an airline company, amongst many others.

Alison has always believed that coaching has a vital place in employee development. She and her team offer a full coaching service to organisations and regularly train managers to become coaches.

Over the years she has brought together a team of excellent trainers, coaches and HR consultants based in London and across the UK who have sound background in organisational development and consultancy. Together the team has worked on major, successful projects.

Alison has taught on DMS courses and the CIPD Employee Development Modules at the University of North London (now London Metropolitan University) and on the Post Graduate Diploma for Ford HR staff at the University of East London.

Alison has a degree in English Literature from the University of Warwick, is a member of the CIPD, has a counselling qualification from the Westminster Pastoral Foundation and a Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching (Level 5) from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
